📡 Image of the #NGC 2835 spiral galaxy, published by the #Hubble Space Telescope team on September 15, 2016.  Located on the constellation of the constellation Hydra, the galaxy is about 65,000 light-years across;  Our Milky Way galaxy is about 105,000 light-years across.  🌐

The black hole at the center of the galaxy is millions of times the mass of the Sun.  The blue light emitted indicates the emergence of new stars, each of which could have Earth-like planets.

The light from this galaxy reached the Hubble Space Telescope 35 million years ago.
